If you change your mind, you may return your unused item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and in their original condition.
Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Include proof of purchase.
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning an item is the customer’s responsibility.
Once we have received and inspected your return, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Personalised Products
If we offer personalised or custom-made products in the future, these may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Please inspect your artwork carefully on arrival. If your print or framed artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
